Robert is a partner and co-founder of Brydens Compensation Lawyers and is an Accredited Personal Injury Specialist. He leads a dynamic and expert team of specialists all committed to acting as vocal advocates for the rights of the injured and prepared to pursue clients’ rights all the way to the High Court if need be.

With over 30 years legal experience specialising in personal injury matters since 1983. Robert is highly skilled in the assessment, preparation and prosecution of personal injury claims and has built a wealth of legal knowledge and experience to become one of the leading Accredited Personal Injury specialists in the state. Robert is committed to ensuring that individuals made vulnerable by injury or whose lives have been disrupted due to injury are protected and their full entitlement to compensation is recovered.

Robert Bryden is also committed to excellence in legal professional services, with election by the legal profession to his role as a Councillor of The Law Society of New South Wales and membership of various Committees including the Professional Conduct Committee, Audit Committee and appointment to the Specialist Accreditation Board, charged with ensuring the standards required of Personal Injury Specialists are maintained.
