TERMS AND CONDITIONS- SOUTH SYDNEY RABBITOHS x BRYDENS LAWYERS

Entry is open to any persons that are residents of Australia, aged 18 and above. Employees and their immediate family members of the Promoter (South Sydney Rabbitohs) and Sponsors (Brydens Lawyers) are not eligible to enter.
The promotion commences at 9:00am Monday 23rd August and closes at 11:59pm, Sunday 29th August. Entries not completed in accordance with the terms and conditions or submitted after the closing date will not be considered.
Competition Entry: To enter the draw, entrants must follow Brydens Lawyers on either Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram – and must comment on the relevant page post, tagging three friends.
Draw: This is a game of chance draw. The (1) x winner will be selected by a Brydens Lawyers representative on Monday 30th August, will be announced across Brydens Lawyers social media platforms. The winner will be notified via phone and email. If the Promoter/Sponsor receives no response to this contact within 2 days, then the prize will be forfeited and the prize redrawn.
The Prize: The Prize consists of a ten-minute Zoom call with Josh Mansour and Mark Nicholls of the South Sydney Rabbitohs. The winner grants permission for their name and photo to be used for publicity and promotional purposes, and that the Promoter/Sponsor will own copyright of these materials. The player(s) to take part in the Zoom call are at the discretion of the Promoter/Sponsor, and the Promoter/Sponsor are not liable if the chosen player(s) changes due to circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter/Sponsor. Prizes are non-transferable for cash. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned (whether caused by infection by computer virus, line dropout, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion), the Promoter/Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. If the Promotion is not capable of running, an alternate prize will be decided upon by the Promoter and Sponsor which will be communicated to the Winner within a month of the announcement. The Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
