A graduate of the faculty of law, University of Sydney and an accredited personal injury specialist, Lee Hagipantelis is the Principal of Brydens Lawyers. He brings over 27 years of legal experience and expertise to Brydens Lawyers and is committed to protecting the rights of all his clients. Lee leads a dynamic, highly experienced and qualified team of legal professionals and legal administration support staff, all of whom are committed to best practice legal service and to ensuring clients receive the outcome to which they are entitled and expect.
Lee brings the necessary qualification, experience and expertise necessary to provide each and every client with the highest level of legal service and professional support. In recognition of his experience and expertise, Lee was appointed a District Court Arbitrator and was also a member of the Law Society Injury Compensation Committee. Lee has committed himself to acting for the ordinary Australian who has been wronged and is looking for justice and a fair outcome. Lee has personally conducted many thousands of claims on behalf of his clients to recover the compensation that they are entitled to or achieve the outcome that they deserve.
Lee is a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law. Specialist Accreditation is a structured peer to peer assessment process enabling legal practitioners to be recognised for their expertise. To be accredited, specialists must pass a series of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. To retain their accreditation specialists must undertake significant additional professional development in their area of expertise each year.
