Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Entries must comply with all conditions to be valid.
The competition commences at 9:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 13 May 2025 and closes at 9:00am (AEST) on Tuesday, 28 October 2025.
To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at www.brydens.com.au/win/. To be eligible to win, entrants must:
Submit their details via the entry form;
Remain subscribed to the Brydens Lawyers database for the entire competition period.
Be following Brydens Lawyers on at least one social media platform.
Entrants will receive one bonus entry for each social media platform they follow Brydens Lawyers on — up to a maximum of three bonus entries.
Limit: One (1) entry per person.
One (1) winner will receive:
Four (4) Village Roadshow Escape Passes, allowing 5 consecutive days of unlimited access to Movie World, Sea World and Wet ‘n’ Wild (valued at $189 each, totalling $756); and
One (1) $2,000 Flight Centre gift voucher.
Total prize value: $2,756 (AUD RRP)
This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries and announced on Tuesday, 28 October 2025 via Brydens Lawyers’ official social media channels. The winner will also be contacted directly via email or phone by a Brydens Lawyers representative.
If the prize is unclaimed within two (2) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize at its absolute discretion.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
The prize (or any part thereof) must not be resold.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to availability and relevant terms and conditions imposed by the suppliers.
By entering the competition, entrants:
Consent to Brydens Lawyers (the Promoter) using their name, image, voice, and/or entry in any media for promotional purposes without compensation;
Agree that the Promoter will hold copyright over all submitted materials;
Agree to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from the Promoter.
Brydens Lawyers reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
If the promotion is affected by technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
