Competition Terms and Conditions

Competition Period: The competition commences at 11:00am on Sunday, 26^th of May 2024, and concludes at 6:00pm on the same day, Sunday, 26^th of May 2024.

Winner Announcement: The competition winner will be announced via Brydens Lawyers official social media channels (Instagram and Facebook) on Monday, 27^th of May 2024.

Entry Requirements: All entries for the competition must be submitted through the completion of the entry form available at: www.brydens.com.au/win/. Only one entry per person is permitted.

Prize: The prize includes four (4) Corporate Box tickets to attend the Marconi Stallions V Sutherland Sharks FC on the 22^nd of June 2024. All-inclusive food and drinks.

Winner Selection: There will be a total of one (1) winner selected to receive the aforementioned prize.

Travel to and from the stadium is not included in the prize package.

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.

Winner will be chosen at random.

Prize will be emailed to recipient.

Entrants’ personal information provided will be collected by Brydens Lawyers. Personal information will be stored on Brydens Lawyers database. Brydens Lawyers may use this information for future marketing purposes regarding its products, including contacting the entrant electronically.

Brydens Lawyers is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its privacy policy which is located at https://www.brydens.com.au/privacy-policy/.

Brydens Lawyers privacy policy contains information about how the entrant may access, update and seek correction of the personal information the Promoter holds about them and how the entrant may complain about any potential breach by the Promoter of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other Australian privacy laws and how such complaints will be dealt with.

The Promoter collects personal information about entrants to enable them to participate in this Promotion. If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested, they may be ineligible to enter the competition. Personal information collected will not be transferred to any persons or corporations.
